Some of our recent financings include a $10,000,000 taxable revenue bond for Octel Starreon, LLC a fuel additives manufactuer headquartered in Lone Tree, Colorado and a $4,200,000 tax-exempt industrial revenue bond for Trademark Plastics, an injected molding plastics manufacturer, located in Riverside, California.
We are also currently working on financings for assisted living centers, an optics manufacturer and a community services corporation among many others.
